Accredited Family Therapist by the FEATF (Spanish Federation of Family Therapy Associations) and member of the Catalan Society of Family Therapy. Specialization in the field of childhood and adolescence, socio-educational and therapeutic intervention in social and educational contexts, and organizational contexts. Instructor of master’s and postgraduate programs in systemic family psychotherapy and team supervisor. I am beginning to delve deeper into the systemic model to broaden my understanding of suffering and to contextualize it from a relational perspective. The Problem-Solving model offers a clear and agile proposal that allows identifying those situations that cause recurrent suffering through the introduction of new coping proposals designed specifically for each situation. In this way, I try to promote the development of better emotional and relational health by understanding situations with greater complexity and integrating new ways of navigating through them.
