You’ll learn how to listen to a complaint, formulate a tangible goal and utilize your clients motivation with clarity and impact. We’ll focus on real-time tools for case conceptualization, integrating multiple models, and offering support that sharpens skills and keeps progress on track.
When you attend supervision, you not only get the concrete suggestions of your case. You activate the ability to zoom out and think from another point of view. In time you can learn more and more to enact this mode which can help develop your skills as a clinician as you “hear” the voice of the suggestions and systemic thinking as you move through other cases.

Esther is a licensed therapist and international trainer with deep experience supporting couples, families, and individuals through systemic, solution-focused care. She is known for her ability to bring warmth, clarity, and creativity into complex relational dynamics. A long-time team member and associate director of the Brief Therapy Center, Esther’s approach is grounded in respect, adaptability, and empowering change—one meaningful conversation at a time.
